Thank you for choosing Credenzacove. To ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process, please find below our complete shipping policy.
I. Shipping Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Italy. We do not offer delivery services to other countries at this time.
II. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders totaling $130 or more qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $130 are charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you submit your payment.
III. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Cut-off: The order processing cut-off is 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed after this time or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time: Order processing (including verification, packaging, and hand-off to the carrier) takes 1-3 business days.

Transit Time: After the package is handed to the carrier, typical transit time is 3-6 business days. This time frame is determined by the carrier and begins once the package is shipped.
IV. Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers, depending on the destination and service availability.
V. Order Tracking
If tracking is available, we will send tracking details via email after your order ships. Tracking information comes directly from the carrier, and updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created or initially scanned.
VI. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays, failure, or return of the package to sender. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from errors in the address provided by the customer.
VII. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order, but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the order's status when we receive the request.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you no longer want the item, please follow the return process after delivery (within the valid return period).
VIII. Issues with Your Order
If you receive the wrong item, an item damaged during shipping, or a Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) item, please contact us as follows:

Wrong Item Received: Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Shipping Damage: Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product, its packaging, and the shipping label.

Dead-On-Arrival (DOA): You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. This allows us to evaluate potential carrier or handling-related issues.
For confirmed quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs or handle it on a case-by-case basis.
IX. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as weather, carrier disruptions, peak shipping periods, and other events beyond our control may cause delays.
