Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Orders $130 and over ship free. Orders under $130 have a flat $15 shipping fee.
When is the order cutoff time?
The cutoff time is 6:00 pm (CST). Orders placed after the cutoff (or on non-business days) begin processing on the next business day.
How long does processing take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take after it ships?
Typical transit time after shipment is 3–6 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, tracking details are provided after shipment. Carrier scans and updates may take time to appear.
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage in transit, we cover return shipping or handle it case-by-case.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. This includes damage in transit, DOA (defective on arrival), and wrong item issues.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
Product prices are tax-included. We do not add additional tax at checkout.
