Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains when cancellations may be possible.

Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status at the time we receive your request (for example, whether it has already entered fulfillment).

Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation
